Apartment Review for Indigo Apartments - Jacksonville, FL

We moved here in Sept of 08 and I cannot wait to get out of here. The office staff is a huge joke. We have been ignored for weeks. In order to rent here, you must have renters insurance. But in order to have renters insurance you must have working smoke alarms, which we do not and they will not fix. We also do not get half the amenities that we pay for. We wanted to get a place with gates to keep the riff raff out of our area, but the only time they close the gates is when its time to pay the rent. The rest of the time they are open for whatever trash wants to come in, trash our pool area and make loud noises at night. They do nothing about anything we complain about. I almost had a head on collition several times because people who are lazy will drive in the exit gate. This entire complex is a joke.
