Apartment Review for Indigo Apartments - Jacksonville, FL

I'm so glad I just got out of my lease at Indigo. The noise was high from my neighbors. I did tell the office staff and they essentially did nothing. Who, by the way, are very snobby, and have nothing to be snobby about. The landscaping, upkeep, and maintanence of the property is wonderful! The maintanence guys are very responsive and helpful. I also was surrounded by garages, but when the garage that was adjacent to my kitchen/dining area was opened, it nearly shook the walls. But that was NOTHING compared to the upstairs neighbors. But its still there. Overall, for the money, there is much better in Jax. I suggest to keep on looking! Indigo is full of noise, frustration and nasty office folks.
