Apartment Review for Gregory Cove Apartments - Jacksonville, FL

At first experience the apartment appears like a clean well kept area which it is, but it's a nightmare once you go inside. The apartments are not well ventilated which causes mold all over the entire apt especially in the downstairs units and IT DOESN'T MATTER IF YOU ARE NEAR THE WATER OR NOT it's the concrete building which causes the mold to keep reoccuring. The office staff isn't sure how to resolve this issue & corporate DEFINITELY DOES NOT return calls regarding this issue. Several tenants have relocated to other complexes b/c of this issue. My child & myself both became very ill b/c of the mold & management never to the iniative to move me to another unit as promised numerous times. I was also informed of another tenant's child who became ill b/c of the mold. Management & corporate never showed any remorse for all the belongings lost do to the apt becoming infested w/mold on the walls, furniture, clothing, & subsequently in my lungs. I have pictures to prove the horrible living condition in decide (Warning: It's HORRIBLE)
