Apartment Review for Greentree Place - Jacksonville, FL

The worst smell I've ever smelled in my life! This whole place smells like a huge sewage plant. When I arrive home from work the ronchy smell is so bad it makes me almost gag. I have to try to hold my breath or cover my nose with a piece of clothing. Even that isn't enough. The smell is so strong, I can smell it in my apartment with all windows and doors shut. If I would have noticed the smell before moving in, I would have not even considered living in this dump. It just smells literally like backed up poop and pee. The new neighbors above me are really loud and inconsiderate and everytime they walk you can hear the floor creak really loudly. Hate it hear. Can't wait to leave and wish I never came.
