Apartment Review for Green Tree Place Apartments - Jacksonville, FL

My boyfriend and I moved in 4 months ago and I was very happy at first. However, in those 4 months they have sent people to "do repairs" more than 10 times. I feel like the repairmen are there more than we are. We even came home and discovered that they were smoking in our apartment! I am always afraid that something is going to steal from our home. It takes the office more than a month to get them back in to repair the mess they've made. Right now we have a huge hole in the wall and they've cut out the trim around our door so that cold air flows into our apartment. I can't wait to move out!
