Apartment Review for Grassy Pond Apartments - Jacksonville, FL

I titled this the worst and the best because, of course the apartments are cheap and its water included but thats about as good as it gets. The apaartments themself can stand a remodeling, the neighbors are loud and usually rude. The staff is corrupt, the maintenance man and the manager are married. Management have let people come back when their door was kicked in by the police.And that my dear is just me telling you not you being a tenant and dealing with that every day.
