Apartment Review for Forest Garden Apartments - Jacksonville, FL

This place is a roach-infested dump. Maintenance is horrible. No in fact, almost non-existent. Thugs hang out, smoking marijuana in your face as you pass by on the way to your car. Trach sits out for weeks after an eviction and roaches are uncontrollable. This place is the worse dump that I have lived in. Don't even consider moving here if you like peace, quiet, cleanliness, and a safe environment. Oh yeah, occassional gun fire is not uncommon. We are looking to move as soon as the holidays are over and we can be approved elsewhere. THIS PLACE IS A SLUM! (especially phase II).
