Apartment Review for Florida Club At Deerwood - Jacksonville, FL

When I was looking for apartments they told me that they were better because they were smaller and would have no parking problems. That's a big lie because even at 5:00 pm I have a hard time finding parking. Neighbors are not the best. People drive like maniacs speeding through and do not stop for pedestrians. I get scared for the children playing outside. Since there are a whole bunch of college students living there you won't get any sleep because they like to yell in the middle of the night walking around the premises. The walls are very thin and neighbors are absolutely disrespectful with noise. I get waken up at 2:00-3:00 in the morning because of noise after I have worked 14 hour days. One top of that alarm clocks are left on for hours when I do get a day off and I can't even sleep in. The management crew doesn't know who you are. They told me that they are better than other places because it's smaller and you get to know them better. That's a big lie too. They address you with wrong titles and they want me to renew my lease. I will definitely NOT renew my lease.
