Apartment Review for Creekwood Apartments - Jacksonville, FL

This review has to do with the fact that if I knew then what I know now,I would not be here. You won't want to live here. Things you want to know.I live here now only becuase I'm locked into a lease ,first chance I get I'm out of here. It's built on a dump site, next to a creek that can potential rise up to your neck or higher, and the place is usafe as it sinks a 1/2 in a year.Several building have had to be domolished dew to this fact. It's got bad plumbing problems our apartment flooded twice in one week with raw sewage and they acted like it was no big deal to walk around and breath raw sewage they actually got mad at me becuase I complained. I'm leaveing first chance I get Because the complaints don't stop there. They go on and on. When I'm safely out of here.I'm filing complaints with city to condenm this place and taking it to the news media, all the channel that will listing oh one more thing dont let the pool fool you unless you like over crowding by obnoxiose black poeple who think they own it and manage ment wont do nothing about it.Oh and ring ga round the pool.In otherword oily dirt all around the edge of the pool
