I checked into this place and this is what you can expect: They offered an 800 sq ft 1bd/1ba for 689.00 but wanted 50.00 for app fee, 250.00 processing fee, and 400.00 cat fee. So for 800 square feet you end up paying 700.00 over the lease period, making the monthly cost of 747.00 for a one-bedroom, even if you return the place in immaculate condition. The 2bd/2ba at 1,050 sq feet went for just under 800.00 - with the fees it would be 847.00 per month. BEWARE!
