I haven't had a decent nights sleep since moving in here. You can hear your neighbors above, below and sides of you. Thumping up the stairs, slamming doors. Dog mess every step. Too many dogs with no weight restriction. Noise, noise, noise. Do not move here.  Need to rent an apartment?
