Apartment Review for Chase Oakes - Jacksonville, FL

The management is very disorganized it takes a very long time to get something fixed. I wanted a bigger place so they offered me a two bedroom. First it took forever for them to finally type up the lease. Finally when they did type up the lease they had the wrong month, then when I was finally ready to move out they had leased the apartment to someone else after I had already signed the lease. The person was already living in the apartment and I was out of luck. Enough was enough I had to move out and they had no choice but to let me out of my lease. I definitely do not recommend living here!
