Apartment Review for Charter Landing Apartments - Jacksonville, FL

Don't waste your time, money or put your life in danger. I lived there from 2006-2007. It began as a somewhat quiet community...then came armed robberies, shootings and cars being jacked. The apartment communities surrounding it are income restricted. The Leasing Staff/Management are terrible. They turn a blind eye and allow unsavory characters(non-resident thugs) to walk the grounds, destroy property and steal at will. Stay away from Charter Landing at all costs!
