I have lived at Beach Villas for years, and they are by far the best place to live in Jacksonville. The staff is helpful and friendly. I will never move from here. We love our finced in patio and not having all the apartments on one floor means I don't have worry about hearing my neighbors. If your moving in Jacksonville, rent here. Taylor, the lady who runs the office is great!!  Need to rent an apartment?
