Apartment Review for Bay Club Apartments - Jacksonville, FL

This place is a joke! I had maintenance issues ongoing from the day I moved in and were not resolved a year later when I moved out. I had gotten a paint spot on their carpet and was charged nearly $2k to replace the junky carpet the place came with. I asked the manager Julie (huge liar) if she could get another quote and mail it to me and I would set up a payment plan as soon as I saw that. Today I received a collection notice (which she stated was not her problem) regardless of the fact I had told her I would make arrangements regardless of the obvious price gouging for the move out. I called Julie and she informed me that she would love to let their lawyers handle it. Way to show compassion for the working man! And don't think for a minute that you're apartment is going to look anything like the model, ask to see your unit before you sign anything!!!! And don't trust anything management tells you!
