Maintenance is incompetent. You will be waiting weeks for problems to be corrected! Leaks galore! I would recommend iron furniture as your wooden furniture will be ruined! Expect constant "inspections", occasional gun shots and lots of activity in the back of the complex! The only thing holding this place together is Ms Jerri with her warm personality.  Need to rent an apartment?
