Apartment Review for Atlantic Crossing At Deerwood Park - Jacksonville, FL

After living here for a while and finding better rentals on craigslist for around $1000/month in the same area i won't be resigning my lease unless they offer some really good specials to do so. For the extra $400/month you get nails in the carpet, water that smells funky, air conditioning that seems to hit only the living room and not the bedrooms, utility bills that reflect the poor insulation and cheap materials used in the construction of the apartments (it's in need of repair and less than a year old). It's not gated, making u-turns on Gate to get to the apartment is annoying. Eh there's better out there for less money.
