Apartment Review for Atlantic Crossing At Deerwood Park - Jacksonville, FL

The apartment has a nice layout, but there are BIG cockroaches in here. It takes at least a week to get any maintentence done. The building is poorly built. The windows develop mold because they were not installed correctly. I can't cook in the kitchen without the smoke detector going off. No broiling steaks in this apartment. I can hear every sound from the people upstairs. The carpet padding is very thin and cheap. For the money, there is not too many good things to say about this place. I don't plan on renewing our lease when it is up.
