The A/C unit leaked Freon, and the manager won't take responsibility for any of the $450 JEA bill I just got. I'm still waiting for the A/C to be fixed, so I'm still going to have a high bill next month, too! The apartment is nice, but the management office is giving me heartburn. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone based on my experience here.  Need to rent an apartment?
