Apartment Review for Savannah Springs - Jacksonville, FL

I moved in when the complex was first built, brand new. Looks beautiful, it was okay for the first month.. Then as soon as neighbors came, it turned horrible!! Walls were paper thin, I could hear my upstairs and next door neighbor, from them walking and running around to babies crying and people arguing (i heard a shooting threat one time). I even heard the shower running whenever my neighbor showers. And there are roaches ALL OVER !!!!!!!!! I have never seen that much roaches in my life, and i'm not exaggerating. Another thing, I don't smoke at all and I got complaints from the front office saying that the ciggrettes butts in front of the apartments belong to me and that I need to pick them up..?!! I'm so GLAD IM OUT. My friend moved in there two months ago and she immediately moved out after one month. OH & IT HAS GOTTEN GHETTO.
