Apartment Review for Fountain Oaks - Jacksonville, FL

The safety is okay. There is plenty of parking. One night someone backed or drove into my car, and made an awful dent, my loss. The appearance is fine. The pool is every small, enough for one family at a time. The office staff always changs every 2-6 weeks.Every person they hire has a BAD ATTITUDE. I made a complaint to corporate-states they are working on getting the right people in. Foutain oaks lets anyone live there as long as they can pay the rent, never mind the new tenants look like thugs or moms wearing spandex on welfare. I moved in on the last day of february, by april I thought about moving out. The maintenance is slow!!!! I waited 3 weeks to have a lightbuld in my build's hallway replaced. Maintenance waited 2 months to fix my stove and to install my patio screen door. Everytime I call or go to the office in person, the maintenance request is entered, not the first time I complain, but after the second time. I have been on the list a month for an exterminator to exterminate my apartment, still hasn't come by. the condition of the unit is decent. the noise level is okay, the walls are thin. I can hear my neighbors conversation while i am in my bathroom.
