We have to park one-two buildings away from our building. We have had 4 neighbors in 14 months and all of them woke us up between 2-4am. The last one would wake us up with explicit dialogue during sex (thank God we do not have children). We have complained numerous times and nothing was ever done.Now they say they have NO records of any of our complaints.We have had HUGE bug problems (ants, roaches, spiders).There is also a mold problem. We have seen several children almost get rundown in the parking lot by people speeding.There is also a feces issue& the neighbors do not pick up after their animals.Not to mention all of the above, it is HIGHLY OVERPRICED! The management claims to be the
